Holiday Unboxing Policy 2025

At Roo & You™, we celebrate all holidays and traditions. No matter what you celebrate, we’re so happy to be part of your family’s memories.

Unwrapping gifts is one of those magical moments that makes the holidays sparkle! At Roo & You™, we’re all about creating joyful memories, so we’ve made some special adjustments to our unboxing policy to make your holiday season even more magical.

We know it can be tricky to find places to store open foam, so whether you’re unboxing your gifts on the big day or setting them up in advance, we want everything to be just perfect for your family.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Purchases made on or after September 23rd, 2025, can remain boxed until December 25th, 2025.

• This policy now applies to all Roo & You™ products, including licensed collaborations, except our Harry Potter™ collection.

• Any manufacturing defects must be reported by December 27th, 2025. After this date, we will not be able to process them as manufacturing defects.

• Please check the labels on your boxes upon arrival. Mis-picks (incorrect items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct them. If incorrect items are opened, they may need to be purchased. You can verify this by checking the product name on the top of the box.

• To ensure you get what you want and your products arrive in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your orders early. Based on previous years, the order cut-off will be closer to the beginning of December. We’ll update you once we have confirmed dates from the carriers.

• To maintain product quality, please store your boxed products in a dry, climate-controlled environment, no sheds, unfinished basements, or garages.

• At Roo & You™, our pricing remains consistent year-round, so you can trust that you’re getting the best value, no matter when you order.

• All foam products are final sale, so please be sure of your purchase.

• During the holiday season, please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking number to update before contacting us.
  
  

Unboxing Tip: We recommend unboxing your Joey® & Add-ons a few days before the big day to let them shine their brightest! This gives the foam time to fluff up. But don’t worry.  if you wait to unbox with your family, everything can be used right out of the box, and the more they’re played with, the faster they fluff.
