    Cleaning Instructions:

    • If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags
    • Machine wash cold with regular detergent
    • Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
    • Avoid bleach or hot water
    • Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer
    • We recommend washing darker colours before first use

    • They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use
    • Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside
    • Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
    • Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

    • 1-year limited warranty on foam
    • 1-year limited warranty on covers

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

    • General wear and tear
    • Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
    • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
    • Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
    • Cosmetic imperfections
    • Second-hand purchases
    • Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

    Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

    • Foam items are final sale
    • Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
    • Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
    • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

    📦 Delivery Issues:

    • Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
    • Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

      Extra covers are such a GODSEND!

      I love having extra covers so when it comes time to clean, you take one off and put a new one on right away! We have navy, grey and just added pampas in too! It allows us to freshen things up with a colour change too

      Boulder Cover Set - OJ

      These were a gift for my nephew to match with Blippi contraction and mustard and it looks amazing! OJ is such a nice colour and goes well with a lot of colours!
