Cleaning Instructions:

  • If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags
  • Machine wash cold with regular detergent
  • Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
  • Avoid bleach or hot water
  • Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer
  • We recommend washing darker colours before first use

  • Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
  • Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

  • 1-year limited warranty on foam
  • 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
  • Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Second-hand purchases
  • Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Foam items are final sale
  • Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
  • Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
  • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

📦 Delivery Issues:

  • Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

    Wish this was velveteen

    The pampas microsuede pouch cover is nice and still matches well with our pampas velveteen pieces. Wish the pampas velveteen pouch cover was in stock - I’ve been checking for months. The microsuede cover is the bag in my photo/video and the pieces behind it are velveteen

    Great addition!

    We got this play foam ball pit for our toddler, and he absolutely loves it! The foam is soft and safe, making it perfect for little ones to play in without worry. He enjoys crawling, tossing the balls, and just sitting inside laughing and having fun. It keeps him entertained for a long time and is a great way for him to burn off energy indoors. We’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

    Avocado pouch cover

    I was lucky enough to get a pouch from a BTS page but the cover had some defects. I ordered a new cover in avocado and it looks so much nicer with all our other pieces. The pouch is likely our most loved piece now. Sliding or jumping into the pouch and snuggly up as a cozy spot to chill, it's definitely worth every penny
