Please keep in mind:
- Our play couches and foam sets are rigorously tested and meet top safety standards
- They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use
- Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside
- Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
- Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces
Every Roo & You™ piece is made for fun—but we believe peace of mind is part of the play, too.
Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:
- Foam items are final sale
- Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
- Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
- Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

- Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

Who knew rockers would be brought back to life with a new cover set! My son stopped playing with them for a little while so of course, adventure covers to bring them outside and use them again made sense. They haven't made it outside because he's been playing with them SO much inside again!!
