Roo Credit Promo Terms & Conditions

Promotion overview

Spend $250 ore more on eligible products purchased from rooandyou.ca and rooandyou.com between September 16, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST and September 30, 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promo Period”), and receive credit for twenty-five dollars in Roo & You™ store credit (the “Promo Credit”). Promo Credits are redeemable starting October 6, 2025 and valid through December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Qualifying customers will receive an email with their credit confirmation. Please note: The credit will be available to use on a future purchase on all qualifying accounts as of October 6th, 2025.  

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

Limitations and exclusions

  • Limited-time offer.

  • Applies only to purchases made directly from rooandyou.ca and rooandyou.com during the Promo Period.

  • Gift cards and shipping protection are excluded. 

  • To qualify, your order total must be $250 more before taxes, shipping, and any fees if located in Canada or the contiguous United States.  Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum. One shipping address per qualifying order.

  • One Promo Credit per qualifying order.

  • Redemption window: Promo Credits may be used from October 6, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET through December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Any unused value expires January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET.

  • Credits are single-use and cannot be combined with price adjustments. Once redeemed, the Promo Credit will not be reissued, including in cases of cancellation or return.

  • Promo Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be used only by the original recipient.

  • Taxes apply to the full value of your order before the Promo Credit.

  • Inventory is not guaranteed. We do not promise that any specific product will remain in stock.

  • Unless otherwise stated, Promo Credits may be applied toward Roo & You™-brand products only. Credits cannot be used on gift cards, shipping protection, shipping charges, return fees, services, third-party or marketplace items, or licensed or collaboration products.

Returns and cancellations

Any misuse or abuse of our return policy to obtain a Promo Credit is prohibited. If you cancel or return items from your qualifying purchase and the adjusted order total falls below $250 (CAD or USD), the Promo Credit will be voided. If the Promo Credit has already been used on a subsequent order, the $25 value will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

General

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, discontinue, cancel, modify, or terminate this promotion, amend these Terms, or limit the number of Promo Credits issued. Where these Terms conflict with any other information on our website or in marketing materials, these Terms control.
