All Roo & You™ pieces are designed for everyday play and built to handle messes big and small. Every piece comes with a water-resistant liner to help protect the foam.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Remove the outer cover and/or liner as needed (You don’t have to remove both if only one is dirty)
  • If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags
  • Machine wash cold with regular detergent
  • Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
  • Avoid bleach or hot water
  • Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer
  • We recommend washing darker colours before first use

  • They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use
  • Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside
  • Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture
  • Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

  • 1-year limited warranty on foam
  • 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
  • Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Second-hand purchases
  • Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Foam items are final sale
  • Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
  • Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
  • Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

📦 Delivery Issues:

  • Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

    Great open ended play

    Not only are they gorgeous with the wood print but they are super heavy duty for my 9 year old and 6 month old. They both use them for various different things from tummy time to sliding on wedges with stones and more! Great add on to the collection

    Awesome addition

    The sticks and stones are awesome. They give our little ones the option to help with more builds and create their own obstacle courses. There also versatile when using adventure covers the stones also make sliding the wedges even more fun! I do wish sticks were sold as an option separately as well.

    Love our sticks and stones

    A great addition for play. Baby uses the sticks as a balance beam, and jumps to the stones. We love these as supplemental items to our wedges and trapezoid.

    Sticks can be used for building support or floor support. stones can be used as stepping stones. We use it as support for baby to climb out of ball pit!
