The Constructor Joey Set - Velveteen

Each Constructor Joey Set consists of: 

• 2 x Thick Bases - Two (2) connected pieces of foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and Indentation Load Deflection (ILD - which is a fancy way of measuring firmness) of 60 for maxed out, fort-building potential. 

• 2 x Triangles - Two (2) triangles that let your imagination run wild. Use them as a backrest, support for forts, or whatever else you can think of! The foam has a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and ILD of 60.

• Half-Moon Arm Rest Pillow - - What's a couch without an arm rest? Thankfully, that's not all this awesome pillow can do. The foam has an ILD of 45.
• The Arch - one (1) arch measuring 33" x 33" x 11" with the opening measuring 24" tall and 17" wide, built to handle any knightly adventure. The foam has a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and ILD of 60. 
• The Armor - two (2) shields / doorways, comes in pairs for the dual wielder or to avoid the inevitable battle among siblings. The foam has a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and ILD of 60. 
• 2 x Cubes - Two (2) cubes measuring 11" x 11" x 11 of foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and Indentation Load Deflection (ILD - which is a fancy way of measuring firmness) of 60. 
• 2 x Medium-Length Rectangles - Two (2) rectangles measuring 22" x 11" x 11" of foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and Indentation Load Deflection (ILD - which is a fancy way of measuring firmness) of 60. 
• 1 x Long Rectangle - One (1) rectangle measuring 33" x 11" x 11" of foam with a density of 1.9lb/ft3 and Indentation Load Deflection (ILD - which is a fancy way of measuring firmness) of 60. 
• 1 x Giant Cover - Store all of our builder buddy pieces into a giant cover once you're done playing. Best part of all? It's the size of a folded up thick base, so you can use it to make your Joey (or play couch) taller!

• Protector Cover (Not Pictured) - We all know kids spill things, so all foam pieces come with our water resistant liners included, which are easy to wipe down and protect your foam.

• Covers - All of our foam pieces come with machine washable covers for silky softness, stain resistance, shrink resistance, pet friendliness, and more! The perfect cover for your play couch.

All Roo & You pieces are designed for everyday play and built to handle messes big and small.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Remove the outer cover and/or liner as needed (You don’t have to remove both if only one is dirty)

• If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags

• Machine wash cold with regular detergent

• Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage

• Avoid bleach or hot water

• Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer

• We recommend washing darker colours before first use

• Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

• 2-year limited warranty on foam
• 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections
• Second-hand purchases
• Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

• Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement

• All foam items are FINAL SALE

• Used or opened items (Hop House, Mega Blanket, Covers) cannot be returned

For any delivery issues (lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages):

• Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

For order issues (wrong item received):

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Opening incorrect items may delay resolution

Shipping Notes:

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses

• US customers: Orders under $800 USD typically avoid import duties. For larger orders, consider splitting into two shipments
