Refund policy

Final sale items. All foam products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. This includes play couches (The Joey®, The Joey® Fort, The Super Joey®), play mats, Bare Foam, Foam Stairs, Stepping Stones, Sticks & Stones, wedges, arches, and all other foam inserts and shapes.

Returnable items. Unopened cover sets and the Hop House can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used cover sets, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards and downloadable products.

How to start a return. Email support@rooandyou.ca with your order number within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us.

Deductions from your refund. Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. 

Order cancellations. Orders cancelled before they ship are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Defective items. If a product arrives defective, email support@rooandyou.ca with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
